Ten years ago, Will Liebscher was regularly posting about his work on creating a kit for swapping SB Chevy into M37/43 but I never saw that he completed the task and I haven't heard from/of him in years.
I've never heard of a JC Whitney kit for such a thing(doesn't mean it didn't exist). The closest to a "kit" I believe would've been Helitool's parts for a Mopar LA 318/360 swap. However, I've been out of the M37 loop for awhile so perhaps there is such a thing now.
Regardless, the M37 is not a difficult candidate for swapping in many different engines. I certainly understand using what you've got.
