Axle seal leak in 01 Dodge 2500

My sons truck leaks gear oil on the right front axle shaft. WE have installed factory seals 2 times. Made sure it was right, very close inspection both times, vent is clear. No play, no rust. Bought the special tools needed to install seals. Only leaks on right side. We have lowered the level of oil and still leaks? Any ideas. Thanks Bill.
