I've had a bunch of boxes of "omega" shaped clips that I got in some surplus lot years ago. I didn't have any idea what they were for, but they look just like yours. They have a new NSN, 5340-01-270-7403, CAGE 95021, P/N V421C, "CLIP, SPECIAL". Any of that match what you got? They're in boxes of 25. I found a few intact boxes, but I thought I had a sack or box with a big bunch of loose ones. Maybe I threw them out because I didn't know what they were for, though that doesn't stop me from keeping most stuff.
