They are special bolts. Mine were very badly worn into an oblong cross section. The holes were also worn, but were still fairly round. What I did was to turn my old bolts down to a smooth cylindrical surface and then make bushings for them, unique to each bolt, that were an interference fit on the bolt and were a fair compromise at fitting the holes in the body-mounted bracket. I did not have a way to bore out the bracket holes to equal diameter and round. It actually wasn't too hard and it worked pretty well.
It wouldn't be too hard to get a couple of 5/8-18 bolts of suitable length and make sleeves for them that replicated the smooth step on the factory bolts and were a press fit onto the bolts. You could also probably braze the sleeves on since a little brazing on the threads near the sleeve wouldn't hurt anything and you could cut it down smooth in the lathe. If you're a purist, you could then cut the heads down so they're only about 1/8" thick like the stock ones.
Have you checked with Midwest Military? This seems like just the kind of thing John would reproduce. It's a simple screw-machine part that could be produced fairly inexpensively if one set up to make them.
I could make measurements off of mine and send them to you, but mine are "made to fit" at this point and probably wouldn't have much correlation with the original dimensions.
