Stupid ebay seller

There is a speedo on ebay that I want . The guy says he does not ship international . canada ain't international but when I entered a bid it was not accepted . Normally when this happens i contact the seller and he says "no problem " Not this guy , there is no contact with him . What a pain .
Nice little SW speedo with 17 hrs left to bid on it and I am cut out of the deal . DUMB, DUMB ,DUMB .
