I really don't think "moral victories" are any kind of victory at all.
"Well you won the case anyway..." HORSE HOCKEY! You recovered some of your money, but basically they "won". By not stepping up to the plate they lost you as a customer, any of your friends, and anyone else you might talk to about that dealer. Nope, either take responsibility for your actions or get the hell out of Dodge. (Pun not intended.)
