heater box drain hose plugged? sun roof? not sure on the trucks but our 01 caravan had a hose on the bottom of the heater/AC bos under the hoos and it would get clogged with pine needles and leaves every year or two and the floor would get soaked from rain water coming into box through the cowl then filling up box and draining into cabin
