I had a friend who died a few years ago and I got to rummage through his garage for whatever I wanted before they cleaned it out. He was quite an inventor and lived off-grid. He had a little 12 volt vacuum pump mounted on a board with with some other stuff. I'll have to take a look at it again and see if it says "trico". I always thought it was strange that anyone would make a 12 volt vacuum pump.
