its stupid people that got this country in trouble. bankers offered stupid people mortgages they could not afford. stupid home buyers did not do math to figure the loan was more than they could bear. non greedy people - aka, the liberal govt felt that homeownership was a right and FORCED and encouraged banks to reduce standards. those reduced standards caused the housing failure and not greed. has anyone ever forced you to buy anything?
