It never ceases to amaze me how durable the stock radiators are in these trucks. I have never had to have one recored and have owned about 15 WCs and PWs over 26 years. the style of tubes they used have made a comeback in some modern heavy duty cores. The tubes are extra long front to back. the new hi perf cores are the same except they have dimples offset every inch or so to slow the water down, the long design also prevents corrosion build up and allows lots of water to be cooled at any given time.
