I totally agree with Paul. This country was built on the premise of buying low selling high. Good for him if someone buys it. I go through this all the time with the houses I buy. People say you bought it for 100k and now your selling it for $xxx,xxx.xx and they sound mad about it. I tell them to go buy on cheap and do the work themselves. In my opinion it is just jealousy or the lack of initiative that is getting them upset.
