MU winch fit on a PW?

If I make my own angle iron cross pieces to mount it to, will an MU from a 1/2t WC fit on a PW?

Control handle on the wrong side, spool slightly off center, maybe I can space the spool away from the gear box?

But are the angles of the casting correct?
