In WWII, Hangar Queens were non-airworthy aircraft kept around in order to scrounge parts that were hard to find due to slow supply lines or outright scarcity. Sound familiar? Maybe someone can come up with a moniker for these venerable old trucks. I'm sorry, but I find "donor" to be too clinical. Homage to old iron is required here.
