I'm feeling like that teenaged kid. I've chipped out 8 buckets full of concrete using the bullnose bit in the roto-hammer and carried them up out of the basement. I'd say I'm about a third of the way done. It's good tough concrete - no 5-bag half-mixed crud in that building. I'd hate to be pounding away at it with a double-jack. It's not too bad to do mindless work once in a while.
But yeah, as far as the kids these days go, I hired my neighbor's grandson, a buff-looking guy about 20 years old, to simply muck the dirt off the top of my old oil tank so I could try to pull it out of the ground. I'd already gotten it mucked out to where you could see the top of the tank. He came over, fooled around with a shovel for a couple hours, and got "sick". Was too "sick" to work for the next few days, while he was out riding around with his girlfriend. I ended up doing it myself.
