Same guy. Think it was on the Bay. Same description and vouched for by "Barstow...". Left Rochester, NY this am, low twenties, mostly cloudy. Hit the PA state line on US 15 and ran into freezing rain. a quarter inch of accumulation later and I was south of Harrisburg on 81 before I ran out of it. Stopped in Lexington, VA for day and it's in the mid forties with southerly wind. Was in Miami the other day, 80's. Ugh!
