I did busiess with these people and I was pleased with the service.
I got the 3 point system but you could go with the 2 point conventional mounting on the floor like you described.
I picked a "60's" style seatbelt clasp that is like that used on aircraft. It reminded me of the seat belts my father had installed int he 60's on our car.
Take a look through their offerings, including the backing hardware that they sell for the floor metal.
For my 3 point shoulder point I welded in a piece of angle iron vertically behind the door jam, in the cab.
