I think that's the movie about the making of some other movie, where they hauled all the movie equipment in by PW. I think they were winching a truck through a crocodile infested river when the winch cable broke and a guy had to wade in and hook up another one. Then there was some driving across a bumpy lava bed, and a scene that showed them filming a scene of natives dancing.
