This is from teh WW2 forum;

The photo showing the CC with the large speakers on top is the RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) Beach Masters Vehicle during the Borneo Landings in the Pacific. The RAAF especially amongst the Australian Forces used quite a few Dodge Command Cars.
