I bought a bag of 30 or so 3/8" square washers off Ebay about a year ago. They look new and it seemed like the guy had more. I didn't know they were hard to get, or I would have ordered more.
I don't have the contact information anymore. I will look through the boxes and see if there is some sort of address.
