FFPW cab on 72-93 chassis?

I know people here have asked about it and talked about it, but I haven't seen many straight answers about the possibility of putting a FFPW cab and front end on a 72-93 Dodge chassis? I'm considering doing this, but I want to hear some input from others that have successfully done it. It's either adapt to that chassis, or find a good solid FFPW frame in my area.
