Was just curious if it would have made the install easier.
Looks good the way it is, just thinking fitment issue's.
I always liked the Detroit's. Once you understand them like you said,they will run forever.
No lugging power,must be screaming all the time.
Great for stationary engines.
Were under powered in truck use until they added the turbo,with the blower. Then they came alive.
The engine is a Square block design. Everything is reversible,side to side, front to back.
