Nice truck at least in the pictures. Interesting that they obviously spent a lot of time on the body but they seemed to dropped the ball with the frame. It is rusting. Even though it appears to be surface rust I would think that they might have done a better paint job on it when you look at the rest of the truck. But I also must say I am not use to truck that come out of the rust belt.
