If you dig down to undisturbed soil and it's good and dry, and you plan to pour a slab inside the building, with pressure treated posts, you really don't even need concrete around the posts. Crushed rock would be sufficient up to the bottom of the slab. Even filling back in with dirt and compacting the dirt every 6 or 8 inches would be sufficient.
