Don, while it was claimed to be bolt-in, the MARS Hercules conversion wasn't so, atleast according to a gentleman involved with installing more than one of the Hercs in M37s. I talked to him about it after I acquired two of the Hercules diesel engines myself. Even with two of the Hercs in hand, I'd seek out a 4BT or Isuzu 4BD... for such a swap.
