Well today was the day the boys got the old tried and true 1949 Ford F1 Flatty V8 running today for the first time in about 35 years. It was great to here it fire right up with that brand new shinny mechanical fuel pump. We talked about Jack the owner from new. Toasted a beer for him over the fender. He was with use but not in body. My buddy, Bubba since we were 14 is the new owner, plans to Keep it stock and drive it. I really enjoyed the moment. Thanks Jack and Gods Speed. The Dodge Boys.
