I picked up a 6 cylinder flathead last night. The guy who gave it to me said that he thinks it came out of a 1965 flat fender powerwagon. The engine is painted orange. It does not have an engineering code or serial number stamped on the block. It has a tag on the right side of the block which says "Chrysler Industrial Engine, Model IND-30, Type 275, Serial 45353, Applied and Serviced by the Yale & Towne Mfg. Co., Philadelphia 15, PA". The block casting number (under starter) is 148492942. The head casting number is 1613005-1. The head is 23 inched long. Does anybody have an idea what size/type engine this is? Should I be able to interchange internal parts between this engine and my T116 230?
