To answer your first question, the W300M and the WM300 are the same truck, just with different designations. The W300M was the designation for the Power Wagon from 1958 - 1959, and the WM300 was the designation from 1960 - 1968. These are essentially the same truck, with some minor differences. In fact, your truck remained essentially the same from 1946 - 1968, with changes including a larger flathead six engine, synchronized transmission, 12-volt electrics.
