Well come to find out today I did my smog test on my 78 PW. It failed off the charts. And i find this out after i put a new carb and intake manifold on it. I also found my new 7 quarts of oil had leaked into the parking lot after sitting overnight. Some how trying to fix a leak in the oil pan 3 times the third was the worst of all. I also found that if i off the truck i lose the 200 dollars i payed for the regestration even if it dosnt smog!
