1952 Dodge Truck Colors paint chip sheet produced by Dupont gives the code for "Dodge Red" as 93-23797-R. I sincerely doubt it is as bright as any of today's colors. You should be able to find it in Dupont Centari acrylic (catylized) enamel. Good Luck!
