not sure i completely follow, but PW / M-37 lug is same as those used on the dual rear on 1-1/2 and 2 tons. "inner lug nut/bolt" with square head holds inner wheel, outer lug nut simmilar to PW lug nut but larger ID threads onto inner nut and holds outer rim in place.. i have used M series Dodge lug bolts from parts axle to replace lugs on larger truck..
