NVG4500 to 318LA?

Has anyone installed a NVG4500 five speed transmission behind a late 1960s (1968 in my case) 318-LA engine? Neither Advance Adapters nor JB Conversions appears to have a kit for this (as if....). Does anyone have shop drawings for the necessary adapter plate? I presently have the NP 435 tranny and long-divorced (24 inches to the rear) NP 201 transfer case, so my intermediate drive shaft appears long enough to allow this conversion. But what hurdles & problems do I face bolting them together? Thanks for any advice, experiences & solutions.
