Replaceing rear axle bearings in my 78... HELP

Im replaceing the rear wheel bearings in my 78 Dodge 1/2 ton.. I am stuck I found no Bolt behind the drum to take the tire shaft off.. How do I get to the bearings?? I am stuck please help...
