Howdy..I see you are in Ohio, Well I am in Michigan and I have a Ranch King Garden tractor that is 3 years old that I would swap ya for the M-37. The Tractor has a 22 Horse twin cyl Kohler engine that has Cast iron cyl liners and pressurized oiling! It also is a Hydrostat and has a 50 inch deck. It has been pretty well maintained.
