i forgot to add this ;
if you do a hub conversion the transfer case needs to be changed ( a np 205 or a np 208 will fit ) or the np 203 needs a kit installed to turn it into a part time transfer case from full time one .
if you don't do this the only way to drive the truck is to either keep the hubs locked and the transfer case unlocked or with the hubs unlocked and the tranfercase locked
