Hope the photopoint.com link works. I am so lucky. After years (since 1979) of owning nothing but (other lesser) 4WD's, I finally got to see what my '55 C-3-PW would do in the mountains. Up hills, through snow, rocks, mud, all four wheels chained up....it was like heaven on earth. I used it to haul fuel and pull a trailer to our camp. Oh yeah, I even managed to bag a buck and a bull. Both are resting comfortably in my freezer. My fiancee even likes to drive it...but not too much. Hmm, I think I will wait on that power steering conversion.
One more thing. In a few short years I will pull the plug on a Navy career that began in 1973. Nuthin' but hunting, fishing and my PW for me. I can hardly wait to sit at home and get more involved in the resto process of my baby.
This is a great forum we have here. Many thanks to Joe for making this thing work
