Dodge did not build such a creature in 1957, wish they would have. The W300 for 57 is a Flat Fender original style Power Wagon.

Yor truck is either a W100 or W200, but the front fenders appear to be from a D100-D300.

Post your VIN and maybe we can tell what it is.
