Forum #34 and #35 went and came rather abruptly so many may not have seen my post about interest in a fiberglass 2pc WDX-WM type headliner.
I was following a link,came to
usbody source.com where I viewed their excellent 47'-68' WDX-WM style PW fiberglass parts.The cab,frt end w/hood-fenders-radiator cover,also running boards and rear bed fenders but no bed box parts.Then it dawned on me that there was no headliner.Since the originals and replacemt cardboard liners are rather expensive for what you get I thought maybe a competatively priced fiberglass 2pc liner could be made that would allow us to mount radios(am/fm-CB)interior lights,switches,even gauges without having to cut into the cab metal and would allow better mounting of leather or other upholstering materials.I sent this idea to
customerservice@usbody source.com,and told them this and that I would post the idea on this forum and to hopefully expect some feedback.They e-mailed me saying thanks for the suggestion.This is our chance to get something done and let a PW product manufacturer see that when PW owners speak they should listen.If this is something you would want now or in the future,let them know! Give them your input and interest,and maybe they will produce some.
