Trying to Locate Power Wagon Guy

I'm trying to locate/identify P/W guy near Port Chicago (Concord), CA. He knows everything about P/Ws and was a good source for parts/trucks. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, but he had 2 or more trucks at his business+a frame lying against the wall. I hope he sees this and replies.
