I wish you could afford the new beds. They (new) would make a incredible amount of value to your truck and save you hundreds of hours of work and are priced right considering a tailgate is 550 and running boards are 700 now which involve very little tooling to accomplish.
If you change your mind i'll take installments. Or trade for more truck stuff.
