I assumed the firewall is from the PW. The big hole you speak of would have been for the wiring bulkhead fitting, as on the 1/2t WCs?
The floor does have a boxy patch welded in, for room for the e-brake on the two speed t/c I guess.
I've got four of the keyhole plates, but wouldn't I need eight?
The dash proper is one piece, the topp a graft from teh carryall, and the cowl is PW. Pretty patched up job. And the floor is really flakey, I expect swiss cheese after blasting.
Deciding interior lay out is waaaay premature. First I need to decide two doors or four. But some day....
Current pipe dream is to replace the cab with whatever I can find. Pick up or ambulance. Probably cut the top in half above the lift gate, left and right sides, to take it to a sandblaster.
