fyi....... Timken does not import any bearings from their off shore manufacturing facilities for the automotive sector.
That pinion bearing discussed a couple days ago ( #59412) is manufactured in sunny Honea Path SC USA.
Having said that, it doesn't stop a stateside distributor from purchasing Timken products in China and importing themselves, but probably not all that likely.
