Hey Kurt if you want to hook it up right and keep it that way I will check the wiring at my shop and get back to you. If I remember right it is the GM 2.5 4cyl. Iron Duke motor. It gets its ground from the Carb/housing. It was a single wire with a gray connector, It had a small safty lock on it that somtimes would break when you took it off. The person may have cut it off and tapped the wire off somwere?? It was fused and got its power from the alternator, some had a relay. Let me know. Bill.
