Ebay Motors class action lawsuit

Just got a notice of some suit about ebay charging too much fees and wondered if anyone else has gotten it and what they make of it. It sounds legit, but if it's like most class action suits, maybe I'll get a check for 12 cents by the time it's settled. It look like they sent the notice to everyone who old anything on ebay motors over the past few years. I didn't read the whole big legal thing.
