1941 Dodge 4x4

I've found, but haven't yet purchased, a '41 civilian 4x4 pickup. It seems to be a standard size truck on a heavy frame. It has a large bolt pattern, I think 8 lug nuts, maybe 1" size, and split-rim wheels.

Is this a legit truck, or did someone do some type of a switcheroo on it??
