brake help needed

Fleabag here, been changing the third members out to 4.89's in the 1954 ffpw I bought and also replacing all seals and gaskets. I am putting new wheel cylinders on also, can someone tell me what specs to use setting the brake shoes up? How do I adjust them top first or bottom of them first? any tips? Thanks Duane.
