Engine Removal (engine and Tranny together?)

OK, This afternoon I followed Mark's writeup on removing the front clip (well almost, I did it all by myself with aid of an engine hoist). http://www.dodgepowerwagon.com/best/engine_removal.php

Now the top of the engine is completely disconnected, and I've got to disconnect the bottom/rear. So my question: So I pull the engine/bell housing/tranny as a set like I did on the M. Or to avoid the brake pedal assembly, do I drop the tranny, clutch and flywheel, and then pull the engine?
