That with a beat up bed would be $7 or 8000+
That truck is a perfect truck for the money.
I know the seller and he is a straight shooter,and very knowledgeable mechanic/fabricator.
For what it's worth I gave a little over $6000. for mine in 04.
It was a runner,no brakes,no winch,bed in unuseable pieces.
Staying away from rust riddled trucks as mentioned is well worth the extra money.
I have seen so many folks buy the $1500.+,deal and are so simply over whelmed by the rebuilding,remaking body and frame parts that they soon loose interest,and haven't even started the mechanicals yet.
