Well,
I can't get a photo right away,and it's very hard to see down there below the over flow tank as mine is mounted low for the "truck master"
heater hose connections.
I also have seen the bolt with the hole,but mine was this way when I got it and it stayed that way.
Small 3/16 or 1/4" hole in the firewall above the spot were the floor bolt is with a heavy wire loop through it.
The other end is attached the way you describe.
