No the right and left hand nuts tighten in different directions:>) But use the same torque on them. I use a 3/4 drive with a 3' bar to tighten them. I work my way around all nuts getting them slightly tight and making sure that then are all centered in the wheel hole. I always go across the wheel for the next nut to tighten. Then I snug them all up. Then I go back again and tighten each one until you get a popping sound and a slight jump of the bar as nut drags against the wheel.They are good and snug then and I can get them off with the same bar without too much problem.
