They're probably above the USPS and UPS weight limits, so you're probably stuck with truck freight. Strap them all on a pallet to make a tidy load of them. FreightQuote.com is the easiest retail way to get something shipped by truck, but probably not the cheapest. Everything seems to be negotiable with truck freight, and it's a whole different world to navigate. Do you know anybody who uses truck freight regularly who can put you in touch with their freight broker and get you a good deal with no hassles?
There are also websites where truckers can go looking for loads directly. I haven't used them. Or if you're patient maybe someone here will be going that way at some point and can include them with a truck they're hauling.
It seems to me if a guy in California buys mounted tires and rims in New York, he's got to be prepared to pay some freight.
